TOP RIDING DOUBLE GIRDER CRANES
CraneVeyor manufactures a complete range of Top Riding Double Girder cranes with structural beam or plate box girders. The cranes are available from 1 ton short span work area type, to 100 tons capacity long span box girder type. We manufacture most of our end trucks and have CNC and other machine tools to turn wheels and mill assemblies, and efficient jigs to align the assemblies. You’re buying these hard working, cost effective cranes from a manufacturer with over 64 years of know-howl axle and bearing assemblies. Wheels are C-1045 steel. Driven wheels are rotating axle type, with totally enclosed gearing.
CraneVeyor TDR-UHT Series-Top Riding Double Girder Cranes
CraneVeyor TDR-UHT cranes are designed for Class A through D heavy service with motorized operation, and are designed in compliance with Crane Manufacturer’s Association of America (CMAA) Specifications No. 70 and 74 as applicable. The TRDUHT crane is designed for low profile and high hook height applications and uses a double girder under running trolley.

CraneVeyor TDR Series-Top Riding Double Girder-Rotating Axle
Available from 2 to 100 tons capacity and to 120′ span this series of Double Girder motorized cranes can be provided to meet the duty requirements of CMAA Class A thru D heavy service. End truck frames are rectangular tube sections machined for the wheel axle and bearing assemblies. Wheels are C-1045 steel. Driven wheels are rotating axle type, with totally enclosed gearing.
